Why is meditation so hard? Meditation apps to feel mindful just feel conflicting. There are volumes of online videos and recordings, and I’m overwhelmed. Meditation should be easy, yet something is missing and I feel defeated before I even begin.

About Bree Manninen

Meditation Coach, Acupuncturist & Mom

I’ve meditated for 17 years and becoming a mother challenged my practice. I wanted to experience the benefits of meditation but finding time between my "normal" life and "mom" life felt impossible. I had to find a new way to meditate as a mom. Some days are hard, and frustrating and meditation is also life changing. It helps me be the mom I want to be. I’m so excited to share all that I’ve learned, while supporting you in your journey with meditation.

My path to discovering meditation began in 2005 with a change in my health. Meditation played a major role in getting healthy and I became passionate about learning as much as I could about self-healing methods.

I’ve been teaching meditation to individuals and groups for over 6 years. I hope you’ll join me in learning about meditation and how it can benefit your life!
